井下裝載機在作業(yè)過程中有時候會出現(xiàn)一些故障問題等影響裝載機的正常運行，比如出現(xiàn)轉向遲緩的現(xiàn)象，檢查轉向系統(tǒng)油管并沒有破損的情況，各個管路接頭也沒有松動。那么，裝載機遇見這種問題應該怎么呢？

一、檢查轉向器

1、 Check the steering gear

由于其他動作基本正常，證明先導油壓力是正常的。如果單向閥關閉不嚴、轉向器的擺線齒輪馬達轉子與定子或套筒與滑閥之間的工作面磨損是比較嚴重的，都會導致流向轉向閥的先導油被分流回油箱，導致轉向出現(xiàn)遲緩的現(xiàn)象。轉動轉向盤手感不重，說明單向閥功能完好；而當發(fā)動機出現(xiàn)熄火后，轉動轉向盤手感比較沉重，說明轉向器內部并沒有磨損內泄，所以排除了轉向器的故障。

Since other actions are basically normal, it proves that the pilot oil pressure is normal. If the check valve is not closed tightly and the working surface between the rotor and stator of the cycloidal gear motor of the steering gear or between the sleeve and the slide valve is seriously worn, the pilot oil flowing to the steering valve will be diverted back to the oil tank, resulting in slow steering. The hand feeling of turning the steering wheel is not heavy, indicating that the check valve is in good condition; When the engine stalls, the hand feel of turning the steering wheel is relatively heavy, indicating that there is no wear and internal leakage inside the steering gear, so the fault of the steering gear is eliminated.

二、檢查轉向液壓缸

2、 Check the steering hydraulic cylinder

如果轉向液壓缸活塞環(huán)破損或缸筒內壁被異物劃傷而導致的間隙太大，高壓腔的油便會內泄到低壓腔，也會導致轉向出現(xiàn)遲緩。將無故障的轉向液壓缸換裝試驗，仍然有故障，這就說明轉向液壓缸是沒有問題的。

If the piston ring of the steering hydraulic cylinder is damaged or the inner wall of the cylinder barrel is scratched by foreign matters, the clearance is too large, the oil in the high-pressure chamber will leak into the low-pressure chamber, which will also lead to slow steering. The steering hydraulic cylinder without fault is still faulty in the replacement test, which shows that there is no problem with the steering hydraulic cylinder.

三、檢查轉向閥

3、 Check the steering valve

如果贓物卡住過載溢流閥的控制提升閥，或因該閥彈簧彈力的減弱，使部分油液泄回油箱，則會導致轉向系統(tǒng)壓力太低；若滑閥2被贓物卡住，則發(fā)動機在低轉速的時候轉換泵不能和轉向泵共同為轉向系統(tǒng)提供油，也會導致轉向速度比較緩慢。拆檢證明，閥內各個部分均正常，且無卡滯的現(xiàn)象，說明轉向閥沒有故障。

If the stolen goods jam the control poppet of the overload relief valve, or part of the oil is discharged back to the oil tank due to the weakening of the spring force of the valve, the pressure of the steering system will be too low; If the slide valve 2 is stuck by dirt, the change-over pump and the steering pump cannot supply oil to the steering system together at low engine speed, which will also lead to slow steering speed. The disassembly inspection proves that all parts in the valve are normal and there is no jamming, indicating that the steering valve is not faulty.

四、檢查轉向泵

4、 Check the steering pump

解體檢查轉向泵，發(fā)現(xiàn)其主動齒輪有1個齒已經斷裂，從而使轉子和葉片的側面與側板端面出現(xiàn)嚴重的磨損和劃痕，導致嚴重的內泄，引起供油量的不足，造成轉向比較遲緩，更換泵后，轉向性能則可以恢復。

After disassembling and inspecting the steering pump, it is found that one tooth of its driving gear has been broken, resulting in serious wear and scratches on the side of the rotor and blade and the end face of the side plate, resulting in serious internal leakage, insufficient oil supply and slow steering. After replacing the pump, the steering performance can be restored.
