1、 Daily maintenance

1、檢查發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)機(jī)油量、水箱水量、變速器和燃油箱以及工作油箱量。

1. Check the engine oil volume, water volume in water tank, transmission and fuel tank as well as the working fuel tank volume.

2、檢查輪胎氣壓和外形。

2. Check the tyre pressure and shape.

3、檢查操縱機(jī)構(gòu)信號(hào)設(shè)備是否完好。

3. Check whether the signal equipment of the control mechanism is in good condition.

4、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)發(fā)動(dòng)后有無(wú)異常響聲，各儀表工作是否正常。

4. Check whether there is abnormal noise after the engine is started and whether all instruments work normally.

5、各部是否漏油、漏水，各連接部位是否有松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象。

5. Whether there is oil leakage and water leakage at each part, and whether there is looseness at each connection part.

6、變速器、變矩器、前后橋等有無(wú)過(guò)熱現(xiàn)象。

1、每日例檢

1. Daily routine examination

a.檢查燃油、冷卻水、液壓油、機(jī)油是否缺失、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)有無(wú)異常過(guò)熱現(xiàn)象。

a. Check whether the fuel, cooling water, hydraulic oil and engine oil are missing and whether the engine is abnormally overheated.

b..檢查輪胎氣壓及損壞情況。

b. Check the tire pressure and damage.

c.檢查儀表和燈光。

c. Check the instruments and lights.

2、每50小時(shí)保養(yǎng)

2. Maintenance every 50 hours

a.排放燃?xì)庥拖鋬?nèi)的水、沉淀物。

a. Drain the water and sediment in the fuel tank.

b.全車各油滑點(diǎn)加注潤(rùn)滑脂。

b. Add lubricating grease to all lubricating points of the whole vehicle.

3、每100小時(shí)保養(yǎng)（應(yīng)同時(shí)進(jìn)行每50h保養(yǎng)）

3. Maintenance every 100 hours (maintenance every 50 hours shall be carried out at the same time)

a..潤(rùn)滑后橋驅(qū)軸銷。

a. . Lubricate the rear axle drive shaft pin.

b. 檢查液壓油箱內(nèi)的油位，加注L-H線之間。

b. Check the oil level in the hydraulic oil tank and fill it between the L-H lines.

c.清潔空調(diào)空氣濾清器的濾芯。

c. Clean the filter element of the air conditioner air filter.

4、每250小時(shí)保養(yǎng)(應(yīng)同時(shí)進(jìn)行50h和100h保養(yǎng))

4. Maintenance every 250 hours (50h and 100h maintenance shall be carried out at the same time)

a.檢查蓄電池點(diǎn)解液液位。

a. Check the liquid level of the battery solution.

b.檢查駐車制動(dòng)器。

b. Check the parking brake.

c.檢查空調(diào)壓縮機(jī)皮帶張力。

c. Check the belt tension of the air conditioning compressor.

d.檢查輪轂螺栓是否松動(dòng)。

D. Check whether hub bolts are loose.

e.清潔空調(diào)循環(huán)濾清器濾芯。

e. Clean the air conditioning cycle filter element.

f.檢查蓄能器的動(dòng)能是否正常。

f. Check whether the kinetic energy of the accumulator is normal.

5、每500小時(shí)保養(yǎng)（應(yīng)同時(shí)進(jìn)行50h、100h、250h保養(yǎng)）

5. Maintenance every 500 hours (50h, 100h and 250h maintenance shall be carried out at the same time)

a.更換油底殼內(nèi)的油，更換機(jī)油濾清器濾筒。

a. Replace the oil in the oil pan and replace the oil filter cartridge.

b.更換燃油粗濾器濾筒。

b. Replace the primary fuel filter cartridge.

6、每1000小時(shí)保養(yǎng)（同時(shí)進(jìn)行50h、100h、250h和500h保養(yǎng)）

6. Maintenance every 1000 hours (50h, 100h, 250h and 500h maintenance at the same time)

a.更換燃油主濾器濾筒。

a. Replace the main fuel filter cartridge.

b.更換變速箱油和濾清器濾筒，清潔粗濾器。

b. Replace the transmission oil and filter cartridge, and clean the primary filter.

c.清潔變速箱通氣裝置。

c. Clean the transmission breather.

d.鉸接銷（2處）、驅(qū)動(dòng)軸支架（1處）潤(rùn)滑。

D. Lubricate the central hinge pin (2 places) and drive shaft central support (1 place).

e.檢查發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)進(jìn)氣管路德夾子是否松動(dòng)。

e. Check whether the clamp of the engine intake pipe is loose.

f.檢查發(fā)電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)皮帶張力。

f. Check the tension of the generator drive belt.

7、每2000小時(shí)保養(yǎng)（同時(shí)應(yīng)進(jìn)行50、100、250、500和1000h保養(yǎng)）

7. Maintenance every 2000 hours (50, 100, 250, 500 and 1000 hours at the same time)

a.更換液壓油箱內(nèi)的油、更換液壓濾清器濾芯。

a. Replace the oil in the hydraulic oil tank and replace the hydraulic filter element.

b.更換液壓油箱通氣裝置濾芯。

b. Replace the hydraulic tank breather filter element.

c.更換車橋油（前、后橋）。

c. Replace the axle oil (front and rear axles).

d.更換空調(diào)器循環(huán)空氣濾清器、空氣濾清器濾芯。

D. Replace the circulating air filter and air filter element of the air conditioner.

e.檢查制動(dòng)盤磨損情況。

e. Check the brake disc for wear.

f.檢查發(fā)電機(jī)、減振器。

f. Check the generator and shock absorber.

g.檢查發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)氣門間隙。

g. Check the engine valve clearance.

8、每4000小時(shí)保養(yǎng)（同時(shí)進(jìn)行50、100、250、500、1000、2000小時(shí)保養(yǎng)）

8. Maintenance every 4000 hours (50, 100, 250, 500, 1000, 2000 hours at the same time)

a.驅(qū)動(dòng)橋花鍵（1處），前、后驅(qū)動(dòng)橋（6處）潤(rùn)滑。

a. The central drive axle spline (1 place) and the front and rear central drive axles (6 places) are lubricated.

b.檢查水泵、啟動(dòng)馬達(dá)、空調(diào)壓縮機(jī)。

b. Check the water pump, starting motor and air conditioning compressor.

c.檢查發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)高壓管路夾子是否松動(dòng)，橡膠是否硬化。

c. Check whether the clip of the engine high-pressure pipeline is loose and whether the rubber is hardened.

d.檢查燃油防噴射蓋是否缺失，橡膠管是否硬化。

d. Check whether the fuel anti injection cover is missing and whether the rubber pipe is hardened.
