The water temperature of the initiator and the oil temperature of the torque converter shall not exceed the regular value, because the oil temperature exceeds the allowable value during loading operation, the loader shall be parked for cooling.

井下小鏟車礦用裝載機(jī)所運(yùn)用的燃油要清潔，并經(jīng)過48小時(shí)以上的沉淀，燃油商標(biāo)應(yīng)符合規(guī)則質(zhì)量要求，液壓體系用油和變速箱，變矩器用油符合要求；按規(guī)則進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)與潤滑，熟知各潤滑點(diǎn)的方位。發(fā)起機(jī)發(fā)起后就怠速空轉(zhuǎn)，待水溫抵達(dá)55℃，氣壓升起復(fù)興步跋涉。在山區(qū)坡道上跋涉，應(yīng)避免發(fā)起機(jī)熄火，下坡跋涉時(shí)不容許發(fā)起機(jī)熄火，否則液壓轉(zhuǎn)向器，失靈形成事端。

When trekking downhill, the engine stalling shall not be allowed, otherwise the hydraulic steering gear will fail and cause trouble.
