5、井下用裝載機(jī)行駛中換前進(jìn)檔不必停車(chē)，也不必踩制動(dòng)板，由低速變高速時(shí)先松下油門(mén)同時(shí)操縱變速桿，然后再踩下后空運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)待水溫達(dá)油門(mén)，由高速換低速時(shí)，則先加大油門(mén)，使變速箱輸出軸與轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)軸轉(zhuǎn)速一致。

6、井下用裝載機(jī)柴油機(jī)進(jìn)出水溫度達(dá)到55℃，機(jī)油溫度達(dá)到45℃才允許進(jìn)行全負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，作業(yè)是發(fā)電機(jī)水溫，機(jī)油溫度不超過(guò)95℃，變矩器油溫不超過(guò)120℃。由于重載作業(yè)油溫超過(guò)允許值時(shí)停車(chē)。

6. Full load operation is allowed only when the inlet and outlet water temperature of the diesel engine of the underground loader reaches 55 ℃ and the oil temperature reaches 45 ℃. The operation is the water temperature of the generator, the oil temperature of the engine does not exceed 95 ℃, and the oil temperature of the torque converter does not exceed 120 ℃. Stop when the oil temperature exceeds the allowable value due to heavy load operation.

7、不得將鏟斗提升到很高位置時(shí)運(yùn)輸物料，運(yùn)載物料時(shí)保持動(dòng)臂下鉸點(diǎn)離地500mm以保證穩(wěn)定行
