離合器發(fā)抖的根本原因是主、從動盤間壓力分布不均，使離合器接合的時候，壓力增加不連續(xù)，導(dǎo)致離合器軸斷續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)動而引起機械間斷起步。

1.主、從動盤間壓力分布不均勻：一種是非經(jīng)常結(jié)合式離合器的壓爪壓緊力不均和不同步，引起的離合器發(fā)抖。另一種是經(jīng)常接合式離合器的壓緊彈簧壓力不均或各分離杠桿調(diào)整不一致的時候引起離合器發(fā)抖。
