經常檢查液壓油是否清潔，是否產生乳化、變質，液壓油的油量是否夠用，都是廣大用戶朋友需要關心的問題。但是在日常使用中也不要忘記及時更換或者過濾液壓油，始終保證液壓油處于清潔狀態(tài)下，這樣就可以一定程度上減少故障的發(fā)生，延長液壓元件使用壽命。

Frequently check whether the hydraulic oil is clean, emulsified and deteriorated, and whether the oil quantity of hydraulic oil is sufficient, which are all the problems that users need to care about. However, in daily use, do not forget to replace or filter the hydraulic oil in time, and always ensure that the hydraulic oil is in a clean state, so as to reduce the occurrence of faults to a certain extent and prolong the service life of hydraulic components.

另外，如果是新出廠的井下裝載機，在前三個月內，一定要更換液壓油。因為新的井下裝載機在使用初期的時候，液壓元件磨合中產生的雜質會隨著液壓油流回到油箱，所以前三個月必須要及時更換液壓油。

In addition, if it is a newly delivered downhole loader, the hydraulic oil must be replaced within the first three months. Because the impurities generated in the running in of hydraulic components will flow back to the oil tank with the hydraulic oil at the initial stage of use of the new downhole loader, the hydraulic oil must be replaced in time in the first three months.

換言之，井下裝載機的正常工作離不開合理地維護和保養(yǎng)，這樣才能有效保證裝載機可以正常工作，同樣可以有效延長其使用壽命。
