Explosion proof loader is a special vehicle in construction machinery. The operator shall receive the training and guidance of the manufacturer, have a full understanding of the structure and performance of the machine, and obtain certain operation and maintenance experience to operate the machine. Running in period is an important link to ensure the normal operation of loader, reduce failure rate and prolong its service life. However, at present, some users ignore the special technical requirements of the running in period of the new loader due to lack of common sense of the loader, tight construction period, or want to obtain benefits as soon as possible.

注意磨合期的工作負(fù)荷，磨合期內(nèi)的工作負(fù)荷一半不要超過(guò)額定工作負(fù)荷的70％，并要安排適合的工作量，防止機(jī)器長(zhǎng)時(shí)間連續(xù)作業(yè)所引起的過(guò)熱現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的發(fā)生，引發(fā)各部件異常磨損。

Pay attention to the working load during the running in period. Half of the working load during the running in period shall not exceed 70% of the rated working load, and appropriate workload shall be arranged to prevent overheating on site caused by long-term continuous operation of the machine and abnormal wear of various components.

注意經(jīng)常觀(guān)察各儀表指示，出現(xiàn)異常應(yīng)及時(shí)停車(chē)予以排除，在原因未找到、故障未排除前應(yīng)停止作業(yè)。經(jīng)常檢查潤(rùn)滑油、液壓油、冷卻液、制動(dòng)液以及燃油油（水）位和品質(zhì)，并注意檢查整機(jī)的密封性。檢查中發(fā)現(xiàn)油水缺少過(guò)多，應(yīng)分析原因。同時(shí)，應(yīng)強(qiáng)化各潤(rùn)滑點(diǎn)的潤(rùn)滑，建議在磨合期內(nèi)，每班都要對(duì)潤(rùn)滑點(diǎn)加注潤(rùn)滑脂（特殊要求除外）。

Pay attention to regularly observe the indication of each instrument. In case of any abnormality, stop the machine in time for troubleshooting. Stop the operation before the cause is found and the fault is eliminated. Regularly check the level and quality of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid and fuel oil (water), and pay attention to the tightness of the whole machine. If too much oil and water is found during the inspection, the cause shall be analyzed. At the same time, the lubrication of each lubrication point shall be strengthened. It is recommended that each shift should add grease to the lubrication points during the running in period (except for special requirements).

保持機(jī)器清潔，及時(shí)調(diào)整、緊固松動(dòng)的零部件以防因松動(dòng)而加劇零部件的磨損或?qū)е铝悴考G失。在磨合期內(nèi)使用保養(yǎng)就會(huì)減少早期故障的發(fā)生，延長(zhǎng)使用壽命，提高作業(yè)效率，使機(jī)器為您帶來(lái)更多收益。

Keep the machine clean and adjust and fasten loose parts in time to prevent the wear of parts or loss of parts due to looseness. During the running in period, the use and maintenance will reduce the occurrence of early faults, prolong the service life, improve the operation efficiency, and make the machine bring you more benefits.

磨合期結(jié)束，應(yīng)對(duì)機(jī)器進(jìn)行強(qiáng)制保養(yǎng)，做好檢查和調(diào)整工作，同時(shí)注意油液的更換，建議更換廠(chǎng)家各種專(zhuān)用油液。

At the end of the running in period, the machine shall be subject to compulsory maintenance, inspection and adjustment. At the same time, pay attention to the replacement of oil. It is recommended to replace various special oils of the manufacturer.
