The mining loader is mainly used for the collection, transportation, construction and loading of crushed stone and soil materials in various hydropower, mining and tunnel projects such as phosphate, copper, iron ore, gold, silver, lead-zinc, coal mine roadway and so on. The correct operation of the mine loader can prolong its service life. However, in daily use, it is difficult to avoid the loader from failure. What is more common is that the loader suddenly stalls. What should be done?

1、礦用裝載機(jī)在作業(yè)、行駛中發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)突然熄火，駕駛員可以快速啟動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)，如果啟動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)失敗，可利用車輛存留的氣源踩剎車進(jìn)行緊急制動(dòng)，選擇合適的地帶進(jìn)行停車檢查處理。

1. If the engine of the mine loader suddenly stalls during operation and driving, the driver can quickly start the engine. If the engine fails to start, he can use the air source left by the vehicle to step on the brake for emergency braking, and select an appropriate area for parking inspection and treatment.

2、如果發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)熄火后，制動(dòng)氣源不夠的話，可利用手制動(dòng)和鏟斗摩擦地面方式來實(shí)現(xiàn)停車。

2. If the brake air source is insufficient after the engine is shut down, the parking can be realized by means of hand brake and bucket rubbing the ground.

3、如果在坡道上進(jìn)行車輛檢查修理的時(shí)候，需要采取止輪措施。

4、再次重新打火試試能否正常啟動(dòng)，有時(shí)可能是變速箱與發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)動(dòng)力輸出軸還處于齒輪嚙合狀態(tài)下剎車，導(dǎo)致變速箱傳輸了巨大的反向阻力，而迫使發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)出現(xiàn)保護(hù)性熄火。

4. Start again and try to start normally. Sometimes it may be that the transmission and the engine power take-off shaft are still in gear meshing, resulting in huge reverse resistance transmitted by the transmission and forcing the engine to stop protectively.

5、裝載機(jī)在全部檔位的情況下都是熄火，可以嘗試檢查下變速箱，如果其中油里含有大量鋁沫渣子等雜質(zhì)，則說明該裝載機(jī)變矩器壞了。

5. The loader stalls in all gears. You can try to check the gearbox. If the oil contains a large amount of aluminum foam residue and other impurities, the torque converter of the loader is broken.

6、熄火后，直接檢查下高壓泵是否老化，是否需要更換。

6. After flameout, directly check whether the lower high-pressure pump is aging and needs to be replaced.
