我公司研制的井下裝載機，結(jié)構(gòu)合理，操作維護方便，適用于水利工程、市政建設、煤、砂石料廠以及車站、碼頭、倉庫等工礦企業(yè)中鏟裝松散物料，并可進行短距離運輸。

The underground loader developed by our company has reasonable structure and convenient operation and maintenance. It is suitable for shoveling and loading loose materials in hydraulic engineering, municipal construction, coal, gravel plants, stations, wharfs, warehouses and other industrial and mining enterprises, and can be transported over a short distance.

本機傳動系統(tǒng)一種是機械式傳動、一種是液力機械傳動。采用液力機械傳動裝置，該裝置是由液力變矩器和動力換擋變速箱組成，液力變矩器與發(fā)動機合理匹配充分利用發(fā)動機功率，加大發(fā)動機輸入扭矩力使整機具有較大的牽引力。

The transmission system of the machine is mechanical transmission and hydraulic mechanical transmission. The hydraulic mechanical transmission device is adopted, which is composed of hydraulic torque converter and power shift gearbox. The hydraulic torque converter is reasonably matched with the engine, makes full use of the engine power, increases the input torque force of the engine, and makes the whole machine have greater traction.

帶液力變矩器的傳動具有以下優(yōu)點：一使用裝載機具有自動適應性。當外載荷突然加大時，能自動加大牽引力以克服加大的外載荷。同時，車輛自動降低速度，避免外載荷的繼續(xù)加大而熄火。反之，當外載荷減小時，車輛又自動的減少牽引力，提供車輛的速度。二由于液力傳動的工作介質(zhì)是液體，能吸收來自發(fā)動機和載荷的振動與沖擊。從而保護了發(fā)動機和傳動裝置，提高了裝載機的壽命。三裝有液力變矩器的傳動系統(tǒng)可以使農(nóng)用裝載機以任意小的速度行駛，從而提高了車輛的通過性。四裝載機裝了液力變矩器，可以平穩(wěn)起步并在較大的速度范圍內(nèi)實現(xiàn)無級變速，可以吸收震動和沖擊，提高了車輛的舒適性。五簡化了裝載機的操作，減少了司機的勞動強度。動力換擋變速箱是定軸式的，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單緊湊，尺寸小，維修方便。另外換擋輕便，平穩(wěn)。它與液力變矩器組裝后，傳動系統(tǒng)有較大的傳動范圍和較理想的效率。

The transmission with hydraulic torque converter has the following advantages: first, the loader has automatic adaptability. On the contrary, when the external load is reduced, the vehicle will automatically reduce the traction and provide the vehicle speed. Second, because the working medium of hydraulic transmission is liquid, it can absorb the vibration and impact from the engine and load. Thus, the engine and transmission device are protected and the service life of the loader is improved. The transmission system equipped with hydraulic torque converter can make the agricultural loader run at any small speed, so as to improve the trafficability of the vehicle. The fourth loader is equipped with hydraulic torque converter, which can start smoothly and realize stepless speed change in a large speed range, absorb vibration and impact, and improve the comfort of the vehicle. Fifth, the operation of the loader is simplified and the labor intensity of the driver is reduced. The power shift gearbox is a fixed shaft type, with simple and compact structure, small size and convenient maintenance. In addition, shifting is light and stable. After it is assembled with the hydraulic torque converter, the transmission system has a large transmission range and ideal efficiency.

整機是鉸接車架連接，采用全液壓負荷傳感轉(zhuǎn)向器及閥組成的全液壓負荷轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)，其特點是轉(zhuǎn)向輕便、靈活可靠。無論轉(zhuǎn)向負載大小，方向盤轉(zhuǎn)速高低，均能保持平滑轉(zhuǎn)向。而且整個工作過程使油泵輸出的流量得到充分的利用，避免了功率損失，提高了系統(tǒng)效率。

采用寬基低壓輪胎-四輪驅(qū)動，因此，牽引力大。另外，由于采用寬基低壓輪胎，提高了在沼澤、松軟地面的通過性。
