裝載機(jī),在怠速時(shí),能聽到均勻、輕微的排氣聲;高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),則為平穩(wěn)地轟鳴聲。若響聲加大,同時(shí)伴有動(dòng)力下降、燃料消耗增加、振動(dòng)加劇等現(xiàn)象,則可判為異響。發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)出現(xiàn)異響時(shí),可根據(jù)技術(shù)狀況不同、發(fā)出的聲音不同、各配合本身的工作條件及空間位置不同、響聲發(fā)生的部位及聲音特征、以及響聲出現(xiàn)的時(shí)機(jī)和變化規(guī)律等,來判斷響聲的種類和可能的原因。
