1、外泄漏故障的處理：外泄漏一般憑肉眼就可觀察到。先檢查防爆裝載機(jī)的油管有無破裂，管接頭是否松動(dòng)，密封件是否損壞、失效或擠出；檢查缸蓋與缸筒的接合處，活塞桿與缸蓋導(dǎo)向套之間有無泄漏現(xiàn)象，檢查活塞桿刮傷情況。而在處理時(shí)可以采用緊固管座螺栓，更換密封件，活塞桿拉傷嚴(yán)重要重新鍍鉻處理或更換。

2. Treatment of internal leakage: the internal leakage of this part is mainly caused by the internal leakage of boom spool valve and cylinder.
