2、檢查裝載機的液壓系統(tǒng)：液壓系統(tǒng)的元件及其聯(lián)接管路之間連接應(yīng)緊固，無明顯滲漏現(xiàn)象；液壓油位應(yīng)符合規(guī)定（油量約占油箱總?cè)莘e的4/5之間）。

2. Check the hydraulic system of the loader: the components of the hydraulic system and their connecting pipelines shall be firmly connected without obvious leakage; The hydraulic oil level shall meet the requirements (the oil volume accounts for about to 4 / 5 of the total volume of the oil tank).

3、檢查礦用裝載機的操縱系統(tǒng)：各操縱手柄應(yīng)處于中立位置，操縱應(yīng)靈活，無卡滯現(xiàn)象。

3. Check the operating system of the mine loader: each operating handle shall be in the neutral position, and the operation shall be flexible without jamming.

4、檢查加力泵內(nèi)剎車油的油位；

4. Check the brake oil level in the booster pump;

5、松開柴油箱底部放油螺栓排除油箱內(nèi)部殘余的水分；

5. Loosen the oil drain bolt at the bottom of the diesel tank to drain the residual water inside the tank;

6、檢查液壓油箱的油位；檢查發(fā)動機機油油量、水箱水量、變速器和柴油箱以及工作油箱油量；

6. Check the oil level of the hydraulic oil tank; Check the oil quantity of engine oil, water quantity of water tank, oil quantity of transmission, diesel tank and working oil tank;

7、檢查驅(qū)動橋制動摩擦片的使用情況及制動鉗有無漏油現(xiàn)象；

7. Check the service condition of the drive axle brake friction plate and the brake caliper for oil leakage;

8、檢查隧道裝載機剎車系統(tǒng)是否靈活，將腳踏閥放在中位，即剎車。如果長時間停止需要將機頭產(chǎn)板壓住地面。

8. Check whether the braking system of the tunnel loader is flexible, and put the foot valve in the middle, that is, braking. If it stops for a long time, it is necessary to press the production plate of the machine head against the ground.
