① After the engine is started, wait until the brake air pressure reaches the safe air pressure before starting, so as to ensure the braking performance during driving. If there is emergency braking, press the button of the emergency and parking brake valve to release the emergency and parking brake before starting in gear I. If there is no
emergency braking, just put down the parking brake handle and release the parking brake to start.

②清理好井下裝載機(jī)在行走道路上的故障物，特別要注意鐵塊、溝渠之類的障礙物，以免割破輪胎。

④確保裝載機(jī)的喇叭、后退信號(hào)燈，以及所有的保險(xiǎn)裝置能正常工作。

④ Ensure that the horn, reverse signal light and all safety devices of the loader can work normally.

⑤在即將起步或在檢查轉(zhuǎn)向左右靈活到位時(shí)，應(yīng)先按喇叭，以警告周圍人員注意。

⑤ When you are about to start or check that the steering is flexible and in place, you should first sound the horn to warn the surrounding personnel.

⑥在起步行走前，應(yīng)對(duì)所有的操縱手柄、踏板、方向盤先試一次，確定已處于正常狀態(tài)才能開始進(jìn)入作業(yè)。要特別注意檢查轉(zhuǎn)向、制動(dòng)是否完好。確定轉(zhuǎn)向、制動(dòng)完全正常，方可起步運(yùn)行。

⑥ Before starting and walking, try all the control handles, pedals and steering wheel first to make sure they are in normal state before entering the operation. Pay special attention to check whether the steering and braking are intact. Make sure that the steering and braking are completely normal before starting.

⑦行進(jìn)時(shí)，將鏟斗置于離地400mm左右高度。在山區(qū)坡道作業(yè)或跨越溝渠等障礙時(shí)，應(yīng)減速、小轉(zhuǎn)角，要注意避免傾翻。當(dāng)裝載面在陡坡上開始滑向一邊時(shí)，要立即卸載，防止繼續(xù)滑下。

⑦ When traveling, place the bucket at a height of about 400mm above the ground. When working on slopes in mountainous areas or crossing ditches and other obstacles, slow down and turn small corners, and pay attention to avoid tipping. When the loading surface starts to slide to one side on a steep slope, it shall be unloaded immediately to prevent further sliding.

⑧作業(yè)時(shí)盡量避免輪胎過多、過份打滑以及兩輪懸空，不允許只有兩輪著地而繼續(xù)作業(yè)。

⑧ During operation, try to avoid too many tires, excessive skidding and two wheels hanging in the air. It is not allowed to continue the operation with only two wheels on the ground.

⑨作牽引車時(shí)，只允許與牽引裝置掛接，被牽引物與裝載機(jī)之間不允許站人，且要保持一定的距離，防止出現(xiàn)事故。

⑨ When the tractor is used, it is only allowed to be connected with the traction device. No one is allowed to stand between the towed object and the loader, and a certain distance shall be maintained to prevent accidents.
