隧道裝載機啟動時剛啟動就猛轟油門:發(fā)動機剛啟動時,機身溫度低、機油黏度大、流動性差,機油在短時間內(nèi)不能暢流各潤滑點。如果此時猛轟油門,會導(dǎo)致發(fā)動機轉(zhuǎn)速瞬時升高,盡管機油泵的供油量和壓力也會增加,但瞬間不能滿足各運動副對潤滑油量和油壓的要求,運動副不能建立很好的潤滑油膜,產(chǎn)生瞬間干摩擦,導(dǎo)致劇烈磨損。
