The torque converter can automatically change the speed of the turbine according to the load change and improve the driving capacity of the vehicle. It is a very important part of the underground loader. How to maintain it in use?

①每班工作后，應(yīng)檢查井下裝載機(jī)變矩器有關(guān)機(jī)件的結(jié)合緊固情況，如有松動(dòng)，應(yīng)及時(shí)擰緊。

① After each shift, check the connection and fastening of relevant parts of torque converter of underground loader. If it is loose, tighten it in time.

②每工作100h后，擰下變矩器蓋上的加油螺帽，用油位尺檢查油面高度，油面高度應(yīng)在油位尺上下刻線之間。測量時(shí)，拖拉機(jī)應(yīng)處于水平位置。油量不足時(shí)應(yīng)及時(shí)添加。

② After every 100h of operation, unscrew the oil filling nut on the torque converter cover, and check the oil level with the oil level gauge, which shall be between the upper and lower scribed lines of the oil level gauge. When measuring, the tractor should be in a horizontal position. When the oil quantity is insufficient, it shall be added in time.

③潤滑油為齒輪油，要注意保持井下裝載機(jī)齒輪油的清潔，油中不應(yīng)有機(jī)械雜質(zhì)，否則會(huì)加速齒輪的磨損。加油時(shí)，應(yīng)注意加油工具和加油口的清潔。

③ The lubricating oil is gear oil. Pay attention to keep the gear oil of underground loader clean. There should be no mechanical impurities in the oil, otherwise the wear of the gear will be accelerated. When refueling, pay attention to the cleanliness of refueling tools and refueling ports.

④井下裝載機(jī)每工作500h左右應(yīng)清洗變矩器，更換齒輪油。

④ The torque converter shall be cleaned and the gear oil shall be replaced every 500h of underground loader.

清洗方法如下：裝載機(jī)工作結(jié)束后趁熱放出贓油，然后加入適量的清潔柴油，拖拉機(jī)前進(jìn)、倒退數(shù)次，然后放出柴油，再加入清潔齒輪油。注意不同季節(jié)應(yīng)選用不同規(guī)格的齒輪油，冬季用冬季齒輪油，夏季用夏季齒輪油。

The cleaning method is as follows: after the loader works, release the dirty oil while it is hot, then add an appropriate amount of clean diesel, move the tractor forward and backward several times, then release the diesel, and then add clean gear oil. Note that different specifications of gear oil shall be selected in different seasons. Winter gear oil shall be used in winter and summer gear oil shall be used in summer.
