①每班工作后，應(yīng)檢查井下裝載機(jī)變速箱有關(guān)機(jī)件的結(jié)合緊固情況，如有松動(dòng)，應(yīng)及時(shí)擰緊。

① After each shift, check the binding and fastening condition of the gear box of the underground loader. If it is loose, tighten it in time.

②每工作100h后，擰下變矩器蓋上的加油螺帽，用油位尺檢查油面高度，油面高度應(yīng)在油位尺上下刻線之間。測(cè)量時(shí)，拖拉機(jī)應(yīng)處于水平位置。油量不足時(shí)應(yīng)及時(shí)添加。

② After every 100h of operation, screw off the oil nut on the torque converter cover, and check the oil level with the oil level gauge. The oil level shall be between the upper and lower lines of the oil level gauge. When measuring, the tractor should be in the horizontal position. When the oil quantity is insufficient, it should be added in time.

③的潤(rùn)滑油為齒輪油，要注意保持齒輪油的清潔，油中不應(yīng)有機(jī)械雜質(zhì)，否則會(huì)加速齒輪的磨損。加油時(shí)，應(yīng)注意加油工具和加油口的清潔。

③ The lubricating oil is gear oil. Pay attention to keep the gear oil clean. There should be no mechanical impurities in the oil, otherwise the wear of the gear will be accelerated. When refuelling, pay attention to the cleaning of refuelling tools and refuelling ports.

④井下裝載機(jī)每工作500h左右應(yīng)清洗變速箱，更換齒輪油。清洗方法如下：井下裝載機(jī)工作結(jié)束后趁熱放出贓油，然后加入適量的清潔柴油，拖拉機(jī)前進(jìn)、倒退數(shù)次，然后放出柴油，再加入清潔齒輪油。注意不同季節(jié)應(yīng)選用不同規(guī)格的齒輪油，冬季用冬季齒輪油，夏季用夏季齒輪油。

④ The gearbox should be cleaned and the gear oil should be changed every 500h. The cleaning method is as follows: after the underground loader is finished, let out the dirty oil while it is hot, then add an appropriate amount of clean diesel oil, the tractor moves forward and backward several times, then let out the diesel oil, and then add clean gear oil. It should be noted that different specifications of gear oil should be selected in different seasons, winter gear oil in winter and summer gear oil in summer.

除此之外定期檢查各處油封和襯墊紙板的密封、完好情況，必要時(shí)應(yīng)予更換。更換時(shí)，襯墊紙板的厚度應(yīng)與原來(lái)厚度相同以保證正確的軸向間隙，保證井下裝載機(jī)的正常運(yùn)行。
