1、 50 hour maintenance items:

1、緊固傳動軸聯(lián)接螺栓。

1. Tighten the connecting bolts of the transmission shaft.

2、檢查液壓、氣壓、制動系統(tǒng)的密封性。

2. Check the tightness of hydraulic, pneumatic and braking systems.

3、檢查電氣系統(tǒng)線路及電器元件是否正常。

3. Check whether the electrical system circuit and electrical components are normal.

4、變速箱油位是否滿足要求，無級變速車輛需要更換變矩器內(nèi)的液壓傳動油就是液壓油。

4. Whether the transmission oil level meets the requirements, CVT vehicles need to change the hydraulic transmission oil in the torque converter, which is the hydraulic oil.

5、檢查潤滑系統(tǒng)，各項操作系統(tǒng)是否靈活到位，手制動，變速箱操縱系統(tǒng)。

5. Check the lubrication system, the operation system is flexible in place, hand brake, transmission control system.

6、向前后車架交接點，傳動軸，副車架各點加注黃油。

6. Grease the junction point of front and rear frame, transmission shaft and subframe.

7、緊固前后橋與車架鏈接螺栓。

7. Tighten the connecting bolts between the front and rear axle and the frame.

8、檢查調(diào)整手制動間隙

9、檢查方向機空行程和隨動桿萬向桿間隙，必要時給予調(diào)整。

9. Check the idle stroke of the steering gear and the clearance of the universal joint of the follower, and adjust it if necessary.

10、變速箱更換新油，清洗油箱濾清器。

10. Replace the transmission with new oil and clean the oil tank filter.

11、更換前 后橋齒輪油。

12、更換液壓工作油，清洗油箱濾清器。

12. Change the hydraulic working oil and clean the oil tank filter.

13、清洗檢查制動總泵，更換剎車油，檢查制動靈活性。

14、清洗燃油箱濾清器。

14. Clean the fuel tank filter.
