以上分析,雖然可以確定螺栓是由于疲勞斷裂引起,但是不能確切得出引起疲勞斷裂的原因。我們檢查了多個(gè)螺栓斷裂的雙變?yōu)V油器,對(duì)螺栓斷裂面研究后發(fā)現(xiàn),不論哪個(gè)位置的螺栓斷裂,螺栓斷裂的疲勞裂紋源總是位于筒體近心端,疲勞擴(kuò)展區(qū)、脆性斷裂區(qū)總是位于筒體遠(yuǎn)心端。
