1、井下裝載機(jī)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)啟動(dòng)后，等制動(dòng)氣壓達(dá)到安*氣壓的時(shí)候再準(zhǔn)備起步，用于確保行車時(shí)的制動(dòng)安*性。當(dāng)出現(xiàn)緊急制動(dòng)的時(shí)候，按下緊急及停車制動(dòng)閥的按鈕，使緊急及停車制動(dòng)放下，掛1擋起步。沒有緊急制動(dòng)的話，只需放下停車制動(dòng)手柄，正常起步即可。

2. 3、在井下裝載機(jī)起步行走之前，應(yīng)對(duì)所有的踏板、操縱手柄、方向盤先試一次，確定已處于正常狀態(tài)才開始作業(yè)。要特別注意檢查轉(zhuǎn)向、制動(dòng)是否完好。確定轉(zhuǎn)向、制動(dòng)完全正常之后，才可以起步運(yùn)行；在裝載機(jī)行進(jìn)時(shí)將鏟斗置于離地400mm左右的高度；井下裝載機(jī)在進(jìn)行作業(yè)的時(shí)候應(yīng)該盡量避免輪胎太多、打滑；盡量避免兩輪懸空，不允許只有兩輪著地而繼續(xù)作業(yè)。
