1. As the construction machinery is a special vehicle, the operator shall receive the training and guidance of the manufacturer, have a full understanding of the structure and performance of the machine, and obtain certain operation and maintenance experience before operating the machine. The product operation and maintenance manual provided by the manufacturer is the necessary data for the operator to operate the equipment. Before operating the machine, be sure to read the operation and maintenance manual and carry out operation and maintenance as required.

2.注意磨合期的工作負(fù)荷，磨合期內(nèi)的工作負(fù)荷一半不要超過額定工作負(fù)荷的60%，并要安排適合的工作量，防止機(jī)器長時間連續(xù)作業(yè)所引起的過熱現(xiàn)場的發(fā)生。

2. Pay attention to the working load during the running in period. Half of the working load during the running in period shall not exceed 60% of the rated working load, and appropriate workload shall be arranged to prevent overheating caused by long-term continuous operation of the machine.

3.注意經(jīng)常觀察各儀表指示，出現(xiàn)異常應(yīng)及時停車予以排除，在原因未找到、故障未排除前應(yīng)停止作業(yè)。

3. Observe the indication of each instrument frequently. In case of any abnormality, stop the machine in time for troubleshooting. Stop the operation before the cause is found and the fault is eliminated.

4.注意經(jīng)常檢查潤滑油、液壓油、冷卻液、制動液以及燃油油（水）位和品質(zhì)，并注意檢查整機(jī)的密封性。檢查中發(fā)現(xiàn)油水缺少過多，應(yīng)分析原因。同時，應(yīng)強(qiáng)化各潤滑點(diǎn)的潤滑，建議在磨合期內(nèi)，每班都要對潤滑點(diǎn)加注潤滑脂（特殊要求除外）。

4. Pay attention to regularly check the level and quality of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid and fuel oil (water), and pay attention to the tightness of the whole machine. If too much oil and water is found during the inspection, the cause shall be analyzed. At the same time, the lubrication of each lubrication point shall be strengthened. It is recommended that each shift should add grease to the lubrication points during the running in period (except for special requirements).

5.保持機(jī)器清潔，及時調(diào)整、緊固松動的零部件以防因松動而加劇零部件的磨損或?qū)е铝悴考G失。

5. Keep the machine clean and adjust and fasten loose parts in time to prevent the wear of parts or loss of parts due to looseness.

6.磨合期結(jié)束，應(yīng)對機(jī)器進(jìn)行強(qiáng)制保養(yǎng)，做好檢查和調(diào)整工作，同時注意油液的更換。

6. At the end of the running in period, the machine shall be subject to compulsory maintenance, inspection and adjustment, and attention shall be paid to the replacement of oil.
