1、發(fā)動機出現(xiàn)無怠速故障現(xiàn)象：一般井下裝載機發(fā)動機轉速達到1800r/min時才能穩(wěn)定運轉，而低于1800r/min時會逐漸熄火。在井下裝載機熄火后可以進行以下幾個檢查（1）對CO濃度調整螺釘進行檢查（2）對點火系和供油系進行檢測（3）對怠速穩(wěn)定閥的控制電流進行了測試。之后在對怠速穩(wěn)定閥進行更換并重新調速怠速及CO調速螺釘后試車，讓發(fā)動機怠速轉速穩(wěn)定在800r/min，熄火后再次起動，怠速即可正常。怠速穩(wěn)定閥的作用主要是穩(wěn)定怠速，而該車怠速穩(wěn)定閥若是損壞，會直接造成怠速不受控制閥控制而使井下裝載機無法保持正常工作。

If the idle speed stabilizing valve is damaged, the idle speed will not be controlled by the control valve and the underground loader will not work normally.

2、井下裝載機在全部檔位的情況下都是熄火，可以嘗試檢查下變速箱，若是其中油里含有大量鋁沫渣子等雜質，則說明該井下裝載機的變矩器壞了。
