檢查變速箱油底殼變速泵吸油管路的密封性，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)有泄漏的地方，應(yīng)該檢修或更換管路。

Check the tightness of the oil suction pipeline from the transmission oil pan to the transmission pump. If leakage is found, repair or replace the pipeline.

2、調(diào)壓閥調(diào)整不合適

調(diào)壓閥通過調(diào)壓閥芯可以控制變速箱的輸出壓力的大小，輸出壓力太小就會導(dǎo)致變速油壓過低。

The pressure regulating valve can control the output pressure of the transmission through the pressure regulating valve core. If the output pressure is too small, the transmission oil pressure will be too low.

將調(diào)壓閥調(diào)整到規(guī)定值，取出調(diào)壓彈簧，可以看到調(diào)壓閥芯。當(dāng)系統(tǒng)的壓力不足1.08MPa的時(shí)候，去掉一個(gè)調(diào)壓圏，縮短調(diào)壓閥固定套的長度，反之增加，將調(diào)壓閥調(diào)到合適的參數(shù)。

減壓閥的作用是，可以通過調(diào)壓彈簧把較高的輸入壓力調(diào)節(jié)到規(guī)定輸出壓力，并保持輸出壓力的平衡。減壓閥的調(diào)壓彈簧一旦被損壞，變速箱將不能正常輸出壓力。
