2、輪胎打滑，井下裝載機(jī)在進(jìn)行作業(yè)的時(shí)候，遇有阻力而猛加油門(mén)往往會(huì)出現(xiàn)輪胎打滑現(xiàn)象。產(chǎn)生這種現(xiàn)象一般不是裝載機(jī)的問(wèn)題，通常是由于司機(jī)的錯(cuò)誤操作所導(dǎo)致的。這樣既增加了燃料的消耗，又造成了輪胎的損傷，而且會(huì)造成不必要的麻煩。因此，對(duì)井下裝載機(jī)駕駛員來(lái)說(shuō)這種現(xiàn)象應(yīng)該嚴(yán)加禁止。

This phenomenon is generally not the problem of the loader, but is usually caused by the wrong operation of the driver. 3、后輪翹起，由于井下裝載機(jī)掘起力度大，如果操作不得當(dāng)就很容易出現(xiàn)后兩輪的翹起，甚離地面很高的情況。周而復(fù)始的這些翹起動(dòng)作的落地慣性，會(huì)造成鏟斗的刃板斷裂、鏟斗變形。因此，在鏟挖操作過(guò)程中，應(yīng)該嚴(yán)格禁止后輪的翹起。

3. The rear wheels are tilted. Due to the strong digging force of the underground loader, if the operation is not proper, it is easy to tilt the last two wheels, even high from the ground. The repeated landing inertia of these tilting actions will cause the blade of the bucket to break and the bucket to deform. Therefore, during the digging operation, the warping of the rear wheel should be strictly prohibited.

4、嚴(yán)禁撞擊料堆，井下裝載機(jī)在工作時(shí)，普通物料可以用二檔鏟挖工作。而嚴(yán)禁以二檔以上的檔位向料堆作慣性沖擊！正確地方法應(yīng)該是鏟斗在接近料堆時(shí)適時(shí)地把檔位轉(zhuǎn)換為一檔來(lái)完成一個(gè)鏟料的過(guò)程。

4. It is strictly prohibited to hit the material pile. When the underground loader is working, ordinary materials can be dug with the second gear shovel. It is strictly prohibited to make inertial impact on the material pile at the gear above the second gear! The correct method should be to timely change the gear to the first gear when the bucket is close to the pile to complete a shovel process.
