（1）啟動(dòng)機(jī)器，就近尋找一塊比較平坦開闊的場(chǎng)地，壓下動(dòng)臂升降桿，利用動(dòng)臂支承使前輪離地，然后用支架支撐在閃橋靠近爆胎的一側(cè)，并將后輪楔好。

(1) Start the machine, find a flat and open place nearby, press down the boom lifting rod, use the boom support to lift the front wheel off the ground, then support it on the side of the flash bridge close to the flat tire with a support, and wedge the rear wheel.

（2）利用撬杠等工具，拆卸擋圈及鎖圈然后檢查輪胎襯墊與輪輞外表面是否粘連，輪胎使用時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)，襯墊與輪輞外表面可發(fā)生粘連。若發(fā)生可撤掉支撐物，使機(jī)器在短距離內(nèi)慢速往復(fù)運(yùn)行，直襯墊與輪輞外表面脫離。

(2) Use crowbar and other tools to remove the retaining ring and lock ring, and then check whether the tire pad is adhered to the outer surface of the rim. If the tire is used for a long time, the pad may be adhered to the outer surface of the rim. If any, remove the support and make the machine run back and forth slowly in a short distance until the gasket is separated from the outer surface of the rim.

（3）防爆裝載機(jī)外胎被釘子等細(xì)長(zhǎng)異物扎傷后，若表面無明顯創(chuàng)口或創(chuàng)口較小，則此外胎可繼續(xù)使用。而若創(chuàng)口較大，則需要進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)，因?yàn)闄C(jī)器運(yùn)行時(shí)，輪胎受擠壓磨擦，時(shí)間一長(zhǎng)就會(huì)損壞內(nèi)胎，甚創(chuàng)口越來越大、內(nèi)胎突出，造成輪胎報(bào)廢。

(3) After the outer tire of explosion-proof loader is stabbed by slender foreign bodies such as nails, if there is no obvious wound on the surface or the wound is small, the outer tire can continue to be used. If the wound is large, it needs to be repaired, because when the machine is running, the tire is squeezed and rubbed, and the inner tube will be damaged over a long time, and even the wound becomes larger and larger, and the inner tube protrudes, resulting in tire scrapping.
