In the whole process of work, if the working pressure of the oil is too low, it needs to be shut down for maintenance immediately. Today, let's talk about the various reasons for the low oil pressure of the mining loader:
(1)機(jī)油剩余油不夠若機(jī)油剩余油不夠,會(huì)使機(jī)油泵的泵油量少,造成機(jī)油壓力降低,加重發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)曲軸與滾動(dòng)軸承、氣缸套與活塞桿的損壞。
(1) The remaining oil of the engine oil is insufficient. If the remaining oil of the engine oil is insufficient, the pump oil of the engine oil pump will be less, resulting in the reduction of the oil pressure and aggravating the damage of the engine crankshaft and rolling bearings, cylinder liner and piston rod.
(2)柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)溫度過高若柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)溫度過高,不僅加 快機(jī)油脆化、霉變,礦用裝載機(jī),也非常容易使機(jī)油變稀,造成汽壓降低。
(2) The temperature of diesel engine is too high. If the temperature of diesel engine is too high, it will not only accelerate the embrittlement and mildew of engine oil, but also easily dilute the engine oil and reduce the steam pressure.
(3)機(jī)油泵轉(zhuǎn)?;虮糜土坎粔驒C(jī)油泵的驅(qū)動(dòng)齒輪與轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)軸的固定不動(dòng)銷或相互配合鍵掉下來,巷道井下礦用裝載機(jī),及其小鏟車機(jī)油泵吸進(jìn)臟東西而將泵油傳動(dòng)齒輪卡死,都是使機(jī)油泵終止運(yùn)行,機(jī)油壓力也隨著降0。當(dāng)機(jī)油泵泵軸與軸套中間的間隙、傳動(dòng)齒輪內(nèi)孔與泵蓋的間隙、齒側(cè)間隙或軸向間隙因損壞而*出控制值時(shí),都是造成泵油量少,導(dǎo)致機(jī)油壓力降低的不好響。
(3) When the oil pump stops or the pump oil volume is insufficient, the fixed pin or mutual matching key of the driving gear of the oil pump and the rotating shaft of the oil pump falls off, and the oil pump of the underground mine loader and its small forklift sucks in dirt and blocks the pump oil transmission gear, all of which terminate the operation of the oil pump and reduce the oil pressure to 0. When the clearance between the oil pump shaft and the shaft sleeve, the clearance between the inner hole of the transmission gear and the pump cover, the tooth side clearance or axial clearance * exceed the control value due to damage, it is caused by less pump oil and the reduction of oil pressure.
(4)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)曲軸與連桿軸承相互配合間隙過大柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)長(zhǎng)期性應(yīng)用后,尾氣水過濾礦用裝載機(jī),發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)曲軸與連桿軸承的相互配合間隙會(huì)慢慢擴(kuò)大,機(jī)油壓力也伴隨著降低。(5)機(jī)油濾油器阻塞當(dāng)機(jī)油因?yàn)V油器阻塞而不可以商品流通時(shí),建在濾油器基座上的閥門就被彈開,機(jī)油便沒經(jīng)過慮而直接進(jìn)入主油道。
(4) The matching clearance between engine crankshaft and connecting rod bearing is too large. After the long-term application of diesel engine, the matching clearance between engine crankshaft and connecting rod bearing will slowly expand and the oil pressure will also decrease( 5) The oil filter is blocked. When the oil can not be circulated due to the blockage of the oil filter, the valve built on the base of the oil filter will be popped open, and the oil will directly enter the main oil passage without consideration.
假如閥門的打開工作壓力調(diào)得過高,井下礦用裝載機(jī),濾油器被阻塞時(shí),閥門就不可以立即開啟,因此機(jī)油泵工作壓力上升,漏氣提升,主油道提供的油量少,造成汽壓降低。
If the opening working pressure of the valve is adjusted too high, when the underground mine loader and oil filter are blocked, the valve can not be opened immediately. Therefore, the working pressure of the oil pump rises, the air leakage rises, and the oil provided by the main oil passage is less, resulting in the reduction of steam pressure.
