1、檢查發(fā)動機機油油量、水箱水量、變速器和柴油箱以及工作油箱油量。2、檢查輪胎氣壓和外形。

1. Check the oil quantity of engine, water quantity of water tank, oil quantity of transmission, diesel tank and working oil tank. 2. Check the tire pressure and profile.

3、檢查操縱機構(gòu)、訊號設備是否完好。

3. Check whether the operating mechanism and signal equipment are in good condition.

4、發(fā)動機發(fā)動后有無異常響聲、各儀表工作是否正常。

5、各部是否有漏油、漏水、漏氣。

隧道裝載機的選用原則：

Selection principle of tunnel loader:

1、機型的選擇：主要依據(jù)作業(yè)場合和用途進行選擇和確定。一般在采石場和軟基地進行作業(yè)，多選用履帶式裝載機;

1. Selection of machine type: it is mainly selected and determined according to the operation situation and purpose. Generally, crawler loaders are used in quarries and soft bases;

2、動力的選擇：一般多采用工程機械用柴油發(fā)動機，在特殊地域作業(yè)，如海拔高于3000m的地方，應采用特殊的高原型柴油發(fā)動機;

2. Power selection: generally, the diesel engine for construction machinery is used, and the special plateau diesel engine should be used when working in special areas, such as places with altitude higher than 3000m;

3、傳動型式的選擇：一般選用液力—機械傳動。其中關(guān)鍵部件是變矩器形式的選擇。生產(chǎn)的裝載機多選用雙渦輪、單級兩相液力度矩器。

3. Selection of transmission type: hydraulic mechanical transmission is generally selected. The key component is the selection of torque converter. The loaders made in China mostly use double turbine and single-stage two-phase liquid torque converter.

4、在選用裝載機時，還要充分考慮裝載機的制動性能，包括多個在制動、停車制動和緊急制動三種。制動器有蹄式、鉗盤式和濕式多片式三種。制動器的驅(qū)動機構(gòu)一般采用加力裝置，其動力源有壓縮空氣，氣頂油和液壓式三種。常用的是氣頂油制動系統(tǒng)，一般采用雙回路制動系統(tǒng)，以提高行駛的性。

4. When selecting the loader, the braking performance of the loader should be fully considered, including multiple in braking, parking braking and emergency braking. There are three types of brakes: shoe type, caliper disc type and wet multi disc type. The driving mechanism of the brake generally adopts the afterburner, and its power sources are compressed air, air top oil and hydraulic. Commonly used is the air top oil braking system, generally uses the double circuit braking system, in order to improve the driving safety.
