(1)帶棚的透氣的礦山裝載機異響主要是運動副配合間隙太大或配合面有損傷,運動中引起沖擊和振動造成的。帶棚的透氣的礦山裝載機因磨損、松動或調(diào)整不當(dāng)造成運動副配合間隙太大時,運轉(zhuǎn)中引起沖擊和振動,產(chǎn)生聲波,并通過機體和空氣傳給人耳,于是我們聽到了響聲。帶棚的透氣的礦山裝載機如曲軸主軸承響、連桿軸承響凸輪軸軸承響、活塞敲缸響、活塞銷響、氣門腳響、正時齒輪響等,多是因配合間隙太大成的。
(1) The abnormal noise of ventilated mine loader with shed is mainly caused by the impact and vibration caused by the large fitting clearance of the moving pair or the damage of the fitting surface. When the fit clearance of the moving pair of the ventilated mine loader with shed is too large due to wear, looseness or improper adjustment, it will cause impact and vibration during operation, produce sound waves, and transmit them to people's ears through the body and air, so we hear the sound. Ventilation mine loaders with sheds, such as crankshaft main bearing, connecting rod bearing, camshaft bearing, piston knock, piston pin, valve foot and timing gear, are mostly due to too large fit clearance.
(2)燃燒異響主要是發(fā)動機不正常燃燒造成的。如汽油發(fā)動機產(chǎn)生爆燃或表面點火時,柴油發(fā)動機工作粗暴時,氣缸內(nèi)均會產(chǎn)生很高的壓力波。這些壓力波相互撞擊并撞擊燃燒室壁和活塞頂,發(fā)出強烈的類似敲擊金屬的聲響,是典型的燃燒異響。
(2) Abnormal combustion noise is mainly caused by abnormal combustion of the engine. For example, when the gasoline engine produces deflagration or surface ignition, and when the diesel engine works rough, a high pressure wave will be generated in the cylinder. These pressure waves collide with each other and hit the combustion chamber wall and piston crown, making a strong sound similar to knocking metal, which is a typical abnormal combustion sound.
(3)空氣動力異響主要是在發(fā)動機進氣口、排氣口和運轉(zhuǎn)中的風(fēng)扇處,因氣流振動而造成的。
(3) The abnormal aerodynamic noise is mainly caused by airflow vibration at the engine inlet, exhaust port and running fan.
(4)電磁異響主要是發(fā)電機、電動機和某些電磁器件內(nèi),由于磁場的交替變化,引起機械中某些部件或某一部分空間產(chǎn)生振動而造成的。
(4) The abnormal electromagnetic noise is mainly caused by the vibration of some parts or part of the space in the machine due to the alternating change of magnetic field in the generator, motor and some electromagnetic devices.
