（1）縮短運輸距離：裝載相同質(zhì)量的物料，運輸相同的距離，裝載機消耗的油料遠(yuǎn)多于貨車。裝載機給貨車裝料作業(yè)時，無論裝載機大小，前進(jìn)、后退的距離應(yīng)分別為裝載機機身長度的0.8倍，不要超過2倍，以減少裝載機滿載狀態(tài)下的運輸距離，縮短作業(yè)循環(huán)時間，從而節(jié)省燃油，并增加作業(yè)效率。

(1) Shorten the transportation distance: when loading materials of the same quality and transporting the same distance, the loader consumes much more oil than the truck. When the loader loads the truck, regardless of the size of the loader, the forward and backward distances shall be 0.8 times and no more than 2 times of the length of the loader body, so as to reduce the transportation distance under full load and shorten the operation cycle time, so as to save fuel and increase the operation efficiency.

（2）選擇擋位作業(yè)：裝載機鏟斗插到料堆，剝離物料時，插到阻力較大，鏟裝過程中應(yīng)選擇Ⅰ擋，使用相對較小的油門就能完成鏟裝。小油門時柴油機轉(zhuǎn)速低，不但油耗低，而且工作裝置液壓系統(tǒng)流量小，溢流損失少，從而進(jìn)一步降低柴油機油耗。

(2) Select gear operation: when the loader bucket is inserted into the material pile and the material is stripped, the insertion resistance is large. In the process of shovel loading, select gear I, and the shovel loading can be completed by using a relatively small throttle. When the throttle is small, the speed of the diesel engine is low, not only the fuel consumption is low, but also the flow of the hydraulic system of the working device is small and the overflow loss is small, so as to further reduce the fuel consumption of the diesel engine.

（3）避免變矩器失速：裝載機鏟斗插到料堆和剝離物料時，可能由于物料堅硬而不好剝離，即使增加柴油機油門，裝載機前進(jìn)速度仍然為零，這種現(xiàn)象被稱為變矩器失速。變矩器失速時柴油機的油耗很高，柴油機產(chǎn)生的能量全被變矩器吸收轉(zhuǎn)化為熱量，并通過變矩器油散熱器散發(fā)到大氣中，此時裝載機作業(yè)效率為0。

(3) Avoid torque converter stall: when the loader bucket is inserted into the pile and stripped of materials, it may be difficult to peel off due to the hardness of the materials. Even if the throttle of the diesel engine is increased, the forward speed of the loader is still zero. This phenomenon is called torque converter stall. When the torque converter stalls, the fuel consumption of the diesel engine is very high. All the energy generated by the diesel engine is absorbed by the torque converter and converted into heat, which is distributed to the atmosphere through the torque converter oil radiator. At this time, the operating efficiency of the loader is 0.
