Explosion proof loader can be seen from the literal meaning alone. It is a machine with explosion-proof ability and can load goods. Its application environment is mainly divided into mining environment and ground environment. The following small series will introduce it in detail.

礦用防爆裝載機(jī)主要是應(yīng)用于井下。與地面環(huán)境相比而言，井下環(huán)境通風(fēng)條件更差，而且員工相對(duì)密集，但爆炸性危險(xiǎn)氣體的種類(lèi)比較單一（瓦斯氣）。

地面用防爆裝載機(jī)的使用環(huán)境是非常復(fù)雜的，要面臨的危險(xiǎn)性物質(zhì)的種類(lèi)更多，環(huán)境中危險(xiǎn)物質(zhì)的爆炸極限（上限和下限）、點(diǎn)燃溫度、存在狀態(tài)等特性更多樣化。根據(jù)危險(xiǎn)物質(zhì)的種類(lèi)和出現(xiàn)頻率，又可將地面危險(xiǎn)環(huán)境分為0區(qū)、1區(qū)、2區(qū)、20區(qū)、21區(qū)和22區(qū)。

The use environment of ground explosion-proof loaders is very complex. There are more types of hazardous substances to face, and the explosion limit (upper and lower limit), ignition temperature, existence state and other characteristics of hazardous substances in the environment are more diverse. According to the type and frequency of hazardous substances, the ground hazardous environment can be divided into zone 0, zone 1, zone 2, zone 20, zone 21 and zone 22.

兩者防爆裝載機(jī)的應(yīng)用環(huán)境不同，客戶群體也不同，防爆方案也是不一樣的，所執(zhí)行的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和獲得的證書(shū)都不同。換句話說(shuō)，客戶在采購(gòu)防爆裝載機(jī)時(shí)，應(yīng)針對(duì)其使用環(huán)境進(jìn)行合理分類(lèi)，然后在適當(dāng)?shù)念?lèi)別下選擇裝載機(jī)供應(yīng)商。

The application environment and customer groups of the two explosion-proof loaders are different, and the explosion-proof solutions are also different, with different standards and certificates. In other words, when purchasing explosion-proof loaders, customers should first reasonably classify their use environment, and then select loader suppliers under appropriate categories.
