(1)帶安 全棚的透氣的礦山裝載機(jī)異響主要是運(yùn)動(dòng)副配合間隙太大或配合面有損傷,運(yùn)動(dòng)中引起沖擊和振動(dòng)造成的。帶安 全棚的透氣的礦山裝載機(jī)因磨損、松動(dòng)或調(diào)整不當(dāng)造成運(yùn)動(dòng)副配合間隙太大時(shí),運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中引起沖擊和振動(dòng),產(chǎn)生聲波,并通過機(jī)體和空氣傳給人耳,于是我們聽到了響聲。

(1) The abnormal noise of mine loader with safety shed is mainly caused by the impact and vibration caused by too large fit clearance or damage of fit surface. When the gap between moving pairs of mine loader with safety shed is too large due to wear, looseness or improper adjustment, it will cause impact and vibration during operation, and produce sound wave, which will be transmitted to human ears through the body and air, so we can hear the sound.

帶安 全棚的透氣的礦山裝載機(jī)如曲軸主軸承響、連桿軸承響凸輪軸軸承響、活塞敲缸響、活塞銷響、氣門腳響、正時(shí)齒輪響等,多是因配合間隙太大成的。

(2)燃燒異響主要是發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)不正常燃燒造成的。如汽油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)產(chǎn)生爆燃或表面點(diǎn)火時(shí),柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)工作粗暴時(shí),氣缸內(nèi)均會(huì)產(chǎn)生高的壓力波。這些壓力波相互撞擊并撞擊燃燒室壁和活塞頂,發(fā)出強(qiáng)烈的類似敲擊金屬的聲響,是典型的燃燒異響。

(2) Abnormal combustion noise is mainly caused by abnormal combustion of engine. If the gasoline engine deflagration or surface ignition, diesel engine rough work, the cylinder will produce high pressure wave. These pressure waves collide with each other and strike the combustion chamber wall and piston crown, making a strong sound similar to knocking metal, which is a typical abnormal combustion sound.

(3)空氣動(dòng)力異響主要是在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)進(jìn)氣口、排氣口和運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中的風(fēng)扇處,因氣流振動(dòng)而造成的。

(3) The aerodynamic abnormal noise is mainly caused by the airflow vibration at the intake, exhaust and running fan of the engine.

(4)電磁異響主要是發(fā)電機(jī)、電動(dòng)機(jī)和某些電磁器件內(nèi),由于磁場(chǎng)的交替變化,引起機(jī)械中某些部件或某一部分空間產(chǎn)生振動(dòng)而造成的。

(4) The abnormal electromagnetic noise is mainly caused by the vibration of some parts or parts of the machinery due to the alternating change of the magnetic field in the generator, motor and some electromagnetic devices.
